Location is very good. Close to everything we needed. The yellow umbrella is great to have lunch options. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. Many food options to choose from.

We love the beach and the breakfast was awesome! The staff in the restaurant was super nice 🙂👍! And the welcome desk employees were very helpful.

Absolutely loved the location and the view! I loved that the kitchen was mostly stocked, which made making quick meals easy! Staff at the yellow umbrella were very friendly and made great drinks! Although we had access to all of the buildings/pools my boys had so much fun in the pool and lazy river at our building we didn’t even use the other pools. The outdoor areas were very clean and all of the chairs/tables were such a great addition. Nothing better than eating dinner with a beautiful view!

The food and location was great. The staff was wonderful for the most part. The view, pools, hot tubs, lazy river, room, balcony with chairs,& the beach were all fantastic. Anything you need or want to do is right in the area within a mile at the most.

Location was great ! Breakfast was ok. Room was a great size and we even got offered an upgrade from a resort view to a ocean view for a small price. Balcony was amazing to have. Multiple pools was a huge bonus never felt to crowded.

Although placed on the seond floor in the building one street back from N Ocean Blvd, getting to the beach was a short walk across N Ocean Blvd on resort property. Parking was closeby and partially shaded much of the day. The dining facility for breakfast was also conveniently just across the street. Be advised, the place is packed between 0830 and 0930. The building we stayed in (200) shows its age, but the structure is solid. Security is a concern. Entry to the building is only via the elevator but anyone can enter as there is no guest-only locking mechanism to access the elevator. The room door did not have a security chain or brace device. The room was clean and had a mini-refrigerator, a 32"-class flat screen TV with a fair channel selection (but you don't go to the beach to watch TV), two firm queen-size beds, a multi-drawer dresser for two people to store a week's worth of clothing, a small table with two wood dining chairs, a comfortable cushioned chair, a small balcony with three chairs to sit and enjoy the breeze, a single basin vanity and separate toilet/shower room the door to which cannot be shut while sitting on the toilet. Fresh towels were provided daily!

The staff was AMAZING!!!! Some names were Andrea, Edna, Brenda, Hager, LJ, Sierra, Sarah. The ENTIRE staff (anyone we encountered) were nice and helpful and great. Breakfast was great! Pools were cool as there were so many (baby pool inside, lazy river outside, indoor/outdoor pool, indoor pool, outdoor pool, 3 hot tubs all set at different temps to make all happy, dry sauna). Cute bar. We will be staying here again next year and I think we will be bringing more from our group with us.

We loved the balcony overlooking the pool and facing the Ocean, the bed was really comfortable, room was clean, staff was very nice. The pool and hot tubs were very comfortable and relaxing!

I thought the breakfast was great. The food was excellent. The staff was friendly and very professional. I loved the set up of the room. The views of the beach were awesome. I also loved the fact that parking was included. The pros definitely outweighed the cons. I would definitely stay at the Dayton House Resort again.
